Is the Seeker plan really free forever?
Yes. The Seeker plan is completely free with no credit card required. You get 5 university searches per month, 1 application draft, and access to the dashboard for as long as you need it.
Is Scholar a subscription or a one-time payment?
Scholar is an annual subscription of $29.99 (₦49,999) per year. You are billed once per year — not monthly. You can cancel at any time before your renewal date and you will never be charged again. There are no lock-in fees and no penalties for cancelling.
What happens if I cancel Scholar?
You keep full access until the end of your current annual period. Cancel before your renewal date and nothing is charged. We send a reminder email 30 days before renewal so there are no surprises.
What does the 90-day money-back guarantee cover?
If you are not satisfied with Tundua's service for any reason within 90 days of your first payment, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. The guarantee applies to the Scholar plan.
What is the difference between Scholar and Fellow?
Scholar gives you unlimited searches, document review, essay editing, and a live counselor — everything you need to build and submit a strong application yourself. Fellow ($149) is our done-for-you service: we write your SOP, prepare all documents, handle your visa application, coach you for interviews, and assign a dedicated account manager who stays with you until you depart.
Can I upgrade from Seeker to Scholar later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from inside your dashboard. All your existing data, documents, and application drafts are preserved when you upgrade.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments via Stripe (USD) and Paystack (NGN). Nigerian bank cards, USSD, and bank transfers are all supported through Paystack. No foreign card is required for NGN payments.
