Is the Seeker plan really free forever?
Yes. The Seeker plan is completely free with no credit card required. You get 5 university searches per month, 1 application draft, and access to the dashboard for as long as you need it.
Is Scholar a subscription or a one-time payment?
Scholar is an annual subscription of $49 (₦75,000) per year. You are billed once per year — not monthly. You can cancel at any time before your renewal date and you will never be charged again. There are no lock-in fees and no penalties for cancelling.
What happens if I cancel Scholar?
You keep full access until the end of your current annual period. Cancel before your renewal date and nothing is charged. We send a reminder email 30 days before renewal so there are no surprises.
What does the 90-day guarantee cover?
If we do not secure you at least one university offer within 90 days, we refund your service charge in full. This applies to the Application Support, Fellow, and Premium Concierge plans.
What is the difference between Scholar, Application Support, and Fellow?
Scholar ($49/year) gives you unlimited platform access, essay editing, and a live counselor — the tools to build and submit a strong application yourself. Application Support ($159) goes further: a dedicated counselor is assigned to you, we shortlist up to 5 schools, prepare all documents, and submit applications on your behalf. Fellow ($315) adds full visa support, SOP writing, interview coaching, and a dedicated account manager who stays with you until you depart.
What does Application Support's payment plan look like?
You pay 50% upfront to begin your application. The remaining 50% is only due when you receive your offer letter — so you are not paying in full until we have delivered a result.
Can I upgrade from Seeker to Scholar later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from inside your dashboard. All your existing data, documents, and application drafts are preserved when you upgrade.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments via Paystack (NGN and USD). Nigerian bank cards, USSD, and bank transfers are all supported. No foreign card is required for NGN payments.
